Every now and again, we may have the odd night or two we would like to sell that, unless we do something drastic, may go unsold.

Rather than see any apartment go empty, we would rather offer these apartments to our valued guests to enable them to experience Synergy Broadbeach in the same style apartment as offered normally, same standard, same views....no difference at all to our regular rates except that we have the need to move these rooms fast and we are willing to offer you unbeatable rates in doing so.

Any apartments that may be available are usually last minute and sell out within minutes so be quick!  Once they are sold, there will be no further apartments available at this rate and availability is strictly limited.
